HOUSE BILL NO. 303 An Act extending the termination date of                    
the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; and providing             
for an effective date was read the second time.                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 303 was read the third time.                                    
                                                                               
Senators Ellis, Duncan, Taylor, Wilken, Pearce, Kelly, Lincoln,                
Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown                   
as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.
